Ndivuka Skills Development (CK No: 2018/283133/07), was registered at CIPC in May 2018 and Django Skills Development (CK No: 2017/117344/07), was registered at CIPC in March 2017, although the Key Staff have been actively involved in the Skills, Training and Development field since 1997.
Currently, senior staff members are registered as expert Skills Development Facilitators, Assessors and Moderators for more than 40 full Qualifications at QCTO, MERSETA, ETDP-SETA and SERVICES-SETA.
Ndivuka Django Skills Development and Key Staff are also registered as members of the Association of Skills Development South Africa (ASDSA). We are currently also a member of the prestiges Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber.

Directors and Staff Background (Work Experience and Qualifications)
Ndivuka Django Skills Development’s Directors and Staff, have a combined total of more than 100 Years of Experience in the Skills, Training and Development arena. The intellectual and emotional intelligence capacity of Key Staff is in-depth and rich in diversity with graduates in Manufacturing and Basic Engineering, Education Management, Business Management, Business Economics, Human Resource and Training Management, Financial Management, Project Management, Law, Labour Law and Basic Accounting, enabling Ndivuka Django Skills Development to successfully execute Training in terms of Facilitation, Assessment and Moderation in the demanding and challenging world of Skills Development.
The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) has set policies to accredit Skills Development Providers (SDPs). This is to ensure that Education and Training in Occupations and Trades offered in the country are Credible and Valid.
This is in accordance with the Skills Development Act (SDA), (Act No 97 of 1998) Chapter 6 (C) as well as the Continuing Education and Training Act 16 of 2006.
